Redington puts tech centre stage with appointment of Adam Jones as CTO  

London, November 2017 – Redington, the leading independent investment consultant, has appointed Altus Consulting’s Adam Jones to the newly created role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO), as it looks to further harness the power of digital innovation for the benefit of the business and its clients.
Jones worked at Altus Consulting for five years as Head of Innovation, where his client base included retail banks, fund managers, life companies and investment platforms. Prior to that, he worked at leading technology provider FNZ as a Solutions Architect and Business Analyst.
Reporting directly to Mitesh Sheth, Jones will be responsible for charting Redington’s technology strategy and for driving digital innovation to leverage the business’ intellectual property as efficiently and effectively as possible while also allowing it to continue to deliver the exceptional client service it has become known for.
News of the appointment comes on the back of another record year for Redington, during which it saw assets under consulting (AuC) pass £368bn and total revenue increase 26% to £14.97m. The business also made a strategic decision to cap its employee headcount at 200 and moved to a new state-of-the-art office in central London with this decision very much in mind.
