Kames Capital strengthens its indirect property team
London – Kames Capital has strengthened its London-based indirect property team with the appointment of Tom Richardson as investment manager.
Reporting to Mark Bunney, head of indirect property investment, Richardson will be responsible for supporting the management of Kames Capital’s discretionary and advisory indirect property portfolios.
Richardson, who has 14 years’ property industry experience, joins Kames Capital from Aberdeen Standard Investments, where he was a Senior Investment Manager in the Real Estate Multi-Manager team. Before that, he worked for Russell Investments and Cushman & Wakefield Investors, after starting his career as a commercial surveyor with Carter Jones LLP.
Commenting on the appointment, Bunney says: “Tom is a senior appointment with a wealth of experience of managing segregated and pooled multi-manager portfolios for UK and international clients. We have known Tom for many years and are confident that he will be an excellent addition to our team as we grow our institutional client-base.”
