Dolding joins Novia to lead adviser and customer experience
Novia Financial, the adviser-focused platform business, has announced the appointment of Christina Dolding to the newly created role of Director of Adviser and Customer Experience.
A customer experience expert with over 25 years in financial services, Dolding joins Novia from LV= where she worked in the Heritage business for 2.5 years. Prior to that she spent nearly 13 years at Quilter during which time she held a number of senior roles including Head of Customer Experience and Innovation.
In her new role, Dolding will report to Chief Operating Officer Lynzi Harrison, who joined the business in December 2021. She will take on responsibility for all areas of customer service, working closely with the adviser community to ensure the Novia experience is the very best it can be for them and their clients.
Dolding’s appointment forms part of Novia’s ambitious long-term growth and development strategy and follows the strengthening of the executive team with experienced platform leaders, including the recent appointments of Harrison and Barry Neilson, who is set to join the business as Chief Commercial Officer next month.
