MRM, the financial services PR consultancy, has appointed Sophie Robson as a consultant.
Sophie joins MRM from the Centre for the Study of Financial Innovation (CSFI), the respected City think-tank, which looks at opportunities and threats in the financial services sector.
She is also the author of a widely publicised report on young people and financial services, “Generation Y: the (modern) world of personal finance”, and writes extensively on the subject.
She holds a BA(Hons) in English Literature from Newcastle University.
Director of MRM Andrew Appleyard commented: “Sophie is a talented individual with the sort of skills, experience and enthusiasm we are looking for in our consultants. She is a welcome addition to our strengthened and growing team and someone I am looking forward to working with.”
Sophie Robson said “As an established and growing consultancy, MRM was an obvious next career step for me as I look to further develop my expertise and interest in the financial services sector. I am very much looking forward to joining the team and making a valuable contribution to the business.”
